This Canning for Beginners half-day workshop is an introduction to safe food storage by pressure canning.

The aim of this workshop is to

  • Give you confidence to start pressure canning
  • Show you the essential equipment, processes and techniques
  • Teach you which foods can be preserved safely
  • Demonstrate pressure canning in practice.

With a maximum of 4 attendees per session, you will have ample opportunity to ask questions and understand how canning may work in your home.

It is a sociable workshop – prepare to chat, interact and laugh!
